UK Sports Prototype Cup

The UK Sports Prototype Cup will feature ‘races within the race’ . Rather than trying to balance the performance of a variety of different cars, any class of more than eight cars will be promoted as its own event with the Cup. The Cup will be launched with two such categories, The Revolution UK Trophy and the Dunlop Radical SR3 Trophy.

The Cup will run alongside other premium racing events such as the Britcar-promoted Dunlop Endurance Championship. The Cup will be promoted by PitBox91 and the races organised by the British Automobile Racing Club.

Pitbox91 is a Motorsport Promotion Agency with over 30 years of Motorsport management experience. Pitbox91 Director, James Bailey, has event management and promotion experience within the British Touring Car Championship, FIA World Endurance Championship and Le Mans 24 hours and created the popular Dunlop Great and British Festivals and Race Academy, which were a feature of the UK race calendars between 2006 and 2010.

The British Automobile Racing Club has over 100 years experience in motorsport organisation. In addition to running the Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship, they also manage the prestigious FIA World Endurance Championship at its UK round at Silverstone.

Europe V de V Proto 3h

Eric Van de Vyver has been organising endurance races for more than 20 years with his company VdeV.

Over the years VdeV has built its reputation by organising great events at the very best circuits in Europe, including prototypes, single-seaters and the successful LMP3 category.

In 2019, VdeV have created an all-new racing series dedicated to Gentlemen drivers in order to experience the thrill of endurance racing at a fraction of LMP costs.

Through a long-association with the Revolution Team, Eric naturally believed in the Revolution A-One as the perfect stepping-stone to professional endurance racing.

The Revolution will form the “A” class of this new championship which will plenty of testing and 3-hour races for two-driver team.
