The entries are in, the finalists have been chosen.
Now it’s your turn to pick an art car winner!
Over the last month, amateur and professional designers have been sending in their art car designs in the hope they will see their livery on a brand new Revolution A-One at Spa for the WEC supporting Sports Prototype Cup round in August, and then for the rest of the 2020 season. And one of them will!
The expert judging panel have picked their top schemes and now the battle for the final selection is over to you. They struggled to whittle them down to five, such was the strength and depth of the entries received.
Firstly, Peter Tyler, who has been racing since 2013 and designing liveries for his own car; Alex Ware, who sent in a number of different designs – the judges argued over which one of them to choose; Thirteen year-old Janou Bahnerth’s space theme gave a very different style and something appropriate right now; Justin Lyle focused on a very cool ‘Revolutionary’ theme; and Christine Mayes put a great deal of effort into her two designs, from which we have selected the most dramatic.
Well done to the those who made the final, and a big thank you to everyone who entered, in short, they were all impressive, varied and great fun to see. Just like the final five.
And so, the final choice is over to you….
The public vote will last the entire month of June and the winning design will be the one with the most likes across the Revolution pages on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Get voting!
